Getting ready to make Lollipop Ghosts. You take a dum-dum (lollipop) and a 2ply tissue. Fold the tissue in half and place it over the top of the lollipop, tape around the bottom of the pop & tissue. With a fine tip marker gently draw on all sorts of faces.

Chain 60 4hdc in 2nd ch from hook 4 hdc in each of the next 15 chains ss in next chain, fasten off weave in end do not weave in the loose end where you started you can use this to tie the tassel on tassel wrap yarn around 3 or 4 of you fingers for as much as you want slip off your fingers and slip loose end threw the center opening and make a knot, snip the other end and your done
