Getting ready to make Lollipop Ghosts.
You take a dum-dum (lollipop) and a 2ply tissue. Fold the tissue in half and place it over the top of the lollipop, tape around the bottom of the pop & tissue. With a fine tip marker gently draw on all sorts of faces.
